We begin therapy where you are. We start with what is going on now. I offer clients a safe environment and honest non-judgmental support to explore and express themselves. My therapeutic approach is integrative, allowing me to draw on a variety of modalities such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and Cognitive Behavioral techniques to help guide my counseling. Because everyone is unique, the type of therapy that I provide depends on your needs and your goals for change.
